• The SMG Consulting Group helps executives build and sustain value by helping them navigate their firms to market dominance positions. Fighting in the ‘red sea’ of market share is, in the long run, a no win proposition. We help companies find white space or blue oceans using a variety of strategy canvases and tools to build lasting value and increased revenue and margins. This usually involves innovation solutions to include new products and services for new markets and customers. The SMG 10X team consists of seasoned executives with complete tool kits of experience from many industries and with both significant individual and team achievement in many disciplines. We take a holistic approach to addressing both challenges and opportunity.
